1.1 About Refunds
This website operates solely as a tour referral platform, connecting travelers with independent, third-party tour operators. All refund matters are governed by the policies outlined below and are subject to the sole discretion of the respective tour operator.
1.2 Refund Eligibility & Timeframes
Refund eligibility is determined based on the time remaining before the scheduled tour start date at the time a cancellation request is received.
More than 30 days before tour start: You may be eligible for a full or partial refund, subject to the individual tour operator's cancellation policy. Any applicable platform service fees may be non-refundable.
15–30 days before tour start: You may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to the individual tour operator's cancellation policy. Refund amounts, if any, are determined solely at the discretion of the tour operator.
Within 14 days (two weeks) of tour start: No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including but not limited to personal emergencies, scheduling conflicts, illness, travel disruptions, or change of mind.
1.3 How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request (where eligible), you must submit a written cancellation request via [your contact email/form] and include your booking confirmation number, full name as it appears on the booking, the scheduled tour date, and the reason for cancellation.
Upon receipt, we will forward your request to the applicable tour operator for review. The tour operator retains sole and final discretion over refund approvals and amounts.
1.4 Processing Times
Approved refunds are processed by the tour operator and may take 10–30 business days to appear in your original payment method, depending on the tour operator's processes and your financial institution. This platform has no control over and assumes no responsibility for refund processing timelines.
1.5 Tour Operator Cancellations
In the event a tour operator cancels a tour for any reason (including insufficient enrollment, weather, safety concerns, or operational issues), the tour operator is solely responsible for offering you a refund, credit, or alternative arrangement. This platform bears no financial obligation in such cases.
1.6 Force Majeure
Neither this platform nor the tour operator shall be held liable for cancellations, delays, or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, civil unrest, or severe weather. Refund eligibility under force majeure conditions is determined solely by the tour operator's policies.
